Padura

Tronic Padura is the annual musical event of the department, organized by the Electronic Club where the staff and the students enjoy an evening of classical music. It is a stage to bring out the hidden aesthetic talents of the students and a night filled with mind pleasing music.The talents of the students and the staff in singing and playing are very much appreciated by all in these evenings.

2022

On September 21, 2022, Tronic Padura 2022 was successfully held thanks to the widespread participation of all departments and faculties in the university.

2017

Padura 2017 was successfully held on 16th August 2017 with the enthusiastic participation of students and the staff of the department of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering.

2015

Padura 2015 was a joyful event held on 31st March 2015. This year’s theme was ‘සඳ මිදුල’.

2011

“The classical musical extravaganza organized by the E-Club”

It was a wonderful platform for the ENTC undergraduates to present their talents and sharpen their hidden skills while the prime objective of the event being ‘giving a farewell to Dr. Chulantha Kulasekere, who ended his tenure as the head of the department’.

1998

“Department padura” is a musical event organized by the E-Club, the student organization of the Department of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering. The very first “Department Padura: Kokila Nade” was held on 17th December 1998. The E-Club president during this time is Dr. Nuwan Dayananda .
